Great cup of Joe but no garbage receptacle in drive thru (that's important to me :) )
Stopped for coffee this morning. I was second in line and waiting for service. Another customer came in line behind me. The barista looked at me and turned to the next customer saying, “good morning John, are you getting your usual?” He did, and she turned to make his coffee. I left. I won’t be back.
It's a Starbucks, drinks are the same everywhere. However, this particular store has some of the nicest employees. They are always talkative and happy to help you. I go here for my afternoon coffee and am always greeted with enthusiasm (probably because they know me haha)
Employees are well intentioned, however the service in the drive through is very slow. After 3 trips each waiting nearly 10 min in drive through lane with only 2-4 cars in line.
Not all Starbucks are created equal :)...wanted to specially recognize the incredible customer service I received from Store Manager Campelo (Bella) who took the time to assist me today...was also worthy of note is the people on her staff were friendly and attentive as well...will definitely be coming back here!
