We are extremely satisfied with our experience at Toyota of Colchester. Byron greeted us and showed us the exact car we came in to see. He's very professional, knowledgeable and listened to our needs. Chris, the GM, and John, the Used Car Manager were both courteous and informative. They worked hard to accommodate us and we walked away very pleased with the whole experience. Aaron, the finance manager, made the buying process easy as he had everything in order with great attention to all details. I would highly recommend Toyota of Colchester!
This past Saturday Sept 23 2017, my husband got to take home his new car. He had been in a couple days prior, was greeted and assisted by a very professional sales man name Bryan Flowers. Mr. Flowers has always been helpful and made the buying experience the best we've ever had. The Sales manager John is a breath of fresh air. We have been doing business for the past 10 years and not all of the interactions have been a pleasant one , but now I have a new found respect for Toyota of Colchester .
Staff are all great. Found a 2017 Tacoma with lift kit and wheels/tires already on it. Was a scratch in the tint, and they are currently fixing that issue now. Worked with Byron the salesmen, and he was awesome. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't try to bull me on anything, which is huge. Couldn't have stumbled upon a better dealership if I wanted to.
The staff at Toyota of Colchester are extremely inviting, very humble, and they assure their customers are comfortable during their time at the dealership. They provided us with fresh cold bottled water, appropriate seating for everyone who came with me, and provided us every detail and information to my questions. Izzy Garcia, one of the salesmen, came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help me find a new car after mine was totaled in an accident by a drunk driver. I am extremely satisfied with the service I was given and I recommend this place to anyone!
The service department was great, I had a oil change and inspection and the price wasn't bad at all. I would recommend this business to anyone. They were very courteous and explained everything thoroughly to me.
