I rented a car from a small office and Colchester Connecticut. The staff is extremely busy but extremely helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was wonderful and the staff was courteous and professional at all times. I could not have had a better experience.
Rented a car a while ago - probably several months now. What sticks in my mind was the customer service guy arguing with me. As I recall he was rude on the phone and in person. I called him out on it in front of his manager... He became slightly less pissy and his manager did nothing. I got what I wanted but...not at all impressed. I will go out of my way not to use them ever again.
