I would have given zero stars, but not an option :-(. This place is a rip-off, do not go here! Dealer pricing is better and more reliable. I have given this place two chances and they totally screwed up both, the first time charging me for parts they did not install, the second not being able to replace a very simple part, had to rent a car for over a week!!! If I had just went to the dealer in the first place, could have saved thousands! They do not know what they are doing, my best advice to anyone considering this place is to turn the other way and head straight to the dealer, otherwise it could be a VERY costly and time consuming experience.
Friendly and flexable, but my car was not done when they said it would be. I was told my tire change would be done within an hour, only to find that it would take them three. This was especially frustrating, as I had to be back at college during the early afternoon. Nevertheless, I did not make it back nearly on time.
Absolutely amazing. I was very distressed and in a pinch when my car broke down. They helped me through the process and made sure to call me throughout the day and provide me with updates and assist in any way possible. I will always go to them for help with any car, as they have been nothing but helpful and pleasant.
Everyone I go here they always take care of me. Andy is very helpful and I trust what he tells me. They are always busy, so that must say something. I would always recommend calling in on an oil change because it could take some time.
I've been hopping around places for years trying to find a good place just to get a simple oil change and was more than pleasantly surprised today by my experience at Meineke. The staff were all extremely nice and very welcoming to me and certainly made me feel comfortable talking to them! I needed my car looked at as well during the oil change for a strange sound my car was making and that was done as well. I was even taken for a test drive to help identify the issue. I will definitely be making this my go-to place for any maintenance needed on my car in the future.
