It's funny reading these negative reviews because they seem to be from people who cause problems around town and for other businesses as well. They are inexpensive and the nails always turn out beautiful.
Crooked, uneven nails. Asked to fix and got attitude and still didn’t fix it. Place is dirty. Went home and filed and repainted myself. Was just passing through as a walk in but I’ll never go back that’s for sure.
This is the second time in a year I try this nail salon and it has gotten worst. Don't waste your time or money doing your nails here. The staff is rude and unwilling to do what you want. I was unhappy with my nails and I informed the man what I wanted him to fix. He seem very unset and then started speaking to his co worker in a different language so I wouldn't understand what he was saying. That was every time I told him something. Which I found to be very rude. Finally when I went to pay he over charged me for the service. I told him I was unhappy with what he did and he just turned away started speaking to the other man his co worker and walked away didn't say sorry or how can I fix it nothing.
My first time here and I was blown away. My nails were amazing, my co-workers kept asking me where I get them done. I will always tell them come here.
I came here back when they first opened, My husband and I drive miles from Glastonbury to have my nails done here. They are the friendliest people, and they are great at what they do. Other places in town don't cut it, they overcharge and they aren't as kind as the people who work here. My granddaughters love it here, they have their nails done and it always looks absolutely beautiful. If you want to have great, friendly service come here and have a wonderful time.
