Was a good place but now that it's no longer open on weekends does not help town people out much anymore. Was a good place to take kids on weekend when they were sick....update as of 11/25/17 Still open on weekends Saturday close at 5pm despite what the Google page says.
Very happy with the services offered here so far. My practitioner left the practice, and am hopeful for a good replacement, as I was thoroughly impressed with her. Blood draw, imaging and other services are convenient to me. Yes, there's waiting, but I find that true everywhere.
Would give less than 1 star if possible. Always get put on hold for extended periods of time. Long waits even when I have a scheduled appointment. Multiple mistakes with refilling prescriptions. One time went 10 days without an essential med because of staff error despite multiple phone calls to them asking to rectify. Another time it just never got resolved, again despite multiple phone calls. My primary care doctor left and her replacement, Sarah Moore, was overall unwilling to help by choosing to refer to various other practitioners instead of taking any responsibility for my care. Felt that she was accusatory and judgmental, so was not comfortable in her care. Will not be returning or recommending anyone go here for primary care.
All the staff I've dealt with are very nice but their check in procedure is archaic. You spend more time waiting to check in than you do with the doctor/lab/xray. I've waited upwards of 45 minutes just to have lab work that takes about 3-5 minutes to complete.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Waited in line for WELL over an hour to get blood work done after fasting all night,and them not opening till 9am. I was 2nd in line, and when I asked if there was a more convenient time,because I've been waiting so long,I find out that I was forgotten about because someone entered something incorrectly. It's like MY time isn't important, but miss a doctor appointment, and they want to try and charge you anyway. BULLSHIT!
