I ran into a problem with my old insurance and needed new car and homeowner insurance fast I priced my policies at 3 places and State Farm was half what the others wanted and lower than my current plan. And Nicole was so friendly and helpful I found out that State Farm offered a lot more than just the regular coverage the other companies had and it was free included in the quotes. Also Paul Catalano takes a personal interest in you, if you forget a payment he will call you.Can you remember the last time an insurance company cared about you. I wish I made the switch years ago.

Absolutly the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. Not only did they refuse or even care to explain a rate hike to me they were extremely rude then the agent threatens me calling me a liar.
