Terrible business! I rented a storage unit for 3 days, paid for it immediately including the deposit. When I removed my things and asked for my deposit back, I was told it would be a month in the mail and it would be a check, not back on my card. After a month of no check I called about it and apparently the lady mailed my check to the wrong customer!! I was told to wait while she called all the other possible customers to see if they had it. A week later she said she would see about canceling the check SHE mailed to the wrong person and issue me a new one. And here I am waiting.. Still no check. Will never do 'business' with this place again.
