Ross has been extremely helpful in rehabbing my knee. He is a knowledgable therapist who is very good at conveying precisely how to do specific exercises. In a short period of time i feel a positive difference.
Select PT in Colchester has been great all around. They are really easy to schedule appointments with and the staff are all super helpful and friendly. I had a really limited time frame and they were very accommodating and considerate. The treatment has been spot on and the they are really good about tailoring the treatment to your needs and wants.
