The best things I can say about Leo are that he was prompt in returning my phone call (I called in the evening, he called me back and scheduled an appointment for 8:30 AM the next day), and that he was quick and clean in his work. But while I felt that while Leo did a job as a plumber, his bill rate was high. He does not itemize things on the bill, claiming that he prices things "by the job," which makes me more than a little concerned that there is a lot of "padding" built in to his price. At my best estimate, I paid this guy close to $120 per hour that he worked on a relatively small job in my house, and that's after I talked him down a bit. I'm guess a little bit because I don't know exactly what the material cost was. I will not be calling this plumber again.
