Our mail carrier would rather write out a sorry we missed you tag for us to come get our mail at the post office than drive down the drive way. We were all home this afternoon and OUTSIDE as well. Literally the worst service ever out here on the Colchester town line. It's bad enough we don't get mail until 430 or 5 pm, but now we have to go to town because our carrier is too lazy to drive down the drive way????!!!!! It honestly took longer to write the tag and this review than actually delivering our mail would have.
3 times now i have been told that my packages were delivered (twice for my 2 roommates as well) only to find that nothing ever showed up. Customer service is okay when you can get someone to answer the phone
If there were negative stars, I would give them. On a regular basis my Amazon Prime packages are not being delivered. They are putting down that " house was not accessible". I have called the post office many times only to be told that sometimes my carrier does that when she forgets. Are you kidding me? I Pay for Amazon Prime for a reason. The last time I called, they said they are working on a fix. Well yesterday, I received one item, and the rest were pushed off with another "unable to access house"! I am beyond furious. I realize that some times things happen and they get busy, but this has been since May. I called Amazon to file a complaint with the post office and now will be cancelling my membership if this does not get fixed. What an awful, unorganized post office. I live in Salem, CT.
Was suppose to get an amazon prime package delivered today. Says it was on the truck at 8 a.m. out for delivery. At 7 p.m. go out to the mailbox still no mail delivery and no package delivered to our house. Look again on Amazon it now says package was undeliverable. Go out to mailbox at 9 p.m. and mail is in box. Because it was dark mail carrier would not drive down our driveway with my package that amazon guarantees in two days.
Regularly will have tracking say a package is on the truck for delivery, but they never even stop at my house. I'll get a notification that an attempt was made and I should follow the instructions on the notice (which was never placed) if I want to get my package. Now I have to leave work early to go to the post office because they close at 5. Somebody needs to be fired.
